PMO Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a PMO Coordinator, you will support the PMO Governance Manager in strengthening delivery governance, quality standards, risk visibility, resource discipline, and institutional learning across projects and programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the creation, maintenance, and adoption of delivery standards, frameworks, and templates.
Support stage-gate reviews, quality checks, and governance checkpoints.
Track resource allocation and utilization, highlighting capacity risks and constraints.
Support knowledge documentation, asset reuse, and lessons learned.
Maintain and support PMO training and onboarding materials.
Assist in creating portfolio dashboards using project management and BI tools.
Support onboarding and communication of PMO processes and guidelines.
Coordinate internal PMO and cross-organizational activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education & Experience
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Digital PMO, project governance, or project coordination/operations.
Technical Proficiency
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
- Hands-on experience with BI / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Excel)
- Basic understanding of AI / Data Science delivery lifecycles (CRISP-DM)
- Comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and basic data analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven.
- Good English communication
